Dear Colleagues,

You are very warmly invited to a one day seminar on the topical theme of Vicarious Liability and Non-delegable duties (a subject of interest I know to many list members).  It will be hosted by Bloomsbury Publishing at their London offices on Friday 25th September, 2015 and we have a number of notable speakers including Elizabeth-Anne Gumbel QC, Claire McIvor, Jonathan Morgan, Phillip Morgan (and myself).
